Find the contractor in the registry and use Request a correction on its record page. Provide your email, the field and a concise claimed value. Requests enter review with status New and never directly update a contractor.

Correction submissions and private evidence are not displayed publicly. This slice accepts no evidence uploads. Do not include individual worker names or sensitive information in a claimed value.
